Zusammenfassung
In der Palliativtherapie maligner Ösophagusstenosen hat die endoskopische Tubusimplantation seit Ende der 70er Jahre ihren festen Platz [1, 5]. Durch diesen, meist gut tolerierten und mit akzeptablen Risiken belasteten Eingriff gelingt es in gut 90% der Fälle, die perorale Nahrungsaufnahme aufrechtzuerhalten sowie Dysphagie- und Speichelprobleme zu beherrschen [2, 8]. Liegen gleichzeitig maligne Fisteln vor, lassen sich diese durch eine Tubusimplantation in den allermeisten Fällen problemlos mitbehandeln.
