Abstract
The correlations between intracranial pressure (ICP) and various CT parameters were studied in 79 patients with supratentorial lesions (head injury, 42; hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, 20; brain tumor, 12; and cerebral infarction, 5) admitted to our department during the past 5 years. The mean age was 48 years (range, 11 to 81 years). All patients were examined prior to surgery (external and/or internal decompression and ventricular drainage).
