Zusammenfassung
Immunologische Nachweisverfahren haben seit ihrer Einführung vor über 25 Jahren breite Anwendung vor allem in der Klinischen Chemie gefunden. Die wesentlichen Vorteile dieser Methoden bestehen darin, daß sie wegen ihrer hohen Empfindlichkeit und Spezifität nur ein geringes Probenvolumen erfordern und mit vertretbarem Zeit- und Kostenaufwand durchgeführt werden können. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist die Möglichkeit der Mechanisierung der Verfahren bei großen Probeserien.
