Abstract
The CINP is about communication. Scientists working in the field of neuropsychopharmacology usually have very good scientific societies involved in their own specific discipline, but neuropsychopharmacology is a multidisciplinary science. Many national societies and associations of neuropsychopharmacology have sprung up to meet the need of multidisciplinary organizations and have been a great success. In these associations scientists from very varied disciplines have been able to meet and discuss advances in areas relevant to but distinct from their own.
