Abstract

Experiments in using a frequency doubled Q-switched Nd:YAG laser (532 nm) for laser lithotripsy were carried out. First results on the efficiency of fragmentation in using this technique will be presented. In detail the feasibility for the fragmentation of kidney, bladder and biliary stones will be discussed.
