Zusammenfassung

Ein bemerkenswert hoher Anteil von Patienten mit typischer oder atypischer Angina-pectoris-Symptomatik, die einer Koronarangiographie unterzogen werden, hat normale oder nahezu normale Koronararterien. Die Größe dieser Gruppe wird mit 5–30% angegeben (Bass et al. 1983; Bräutigam u. Christian 1986; Day u. Sowton 1976; Kornmal et al. 1982; Erikssen et al. 1983; Isner et al. 1981; Kennedy et al. 1980; Ockene et al. 1980; Pasternac et al. 1980; Proudfit et al. 1980; Werner 1988; Wielgosz et al. 1984).
