Zusammenfassung

Bereits kurz nach der Erstbeschreibung des klinischen Syndroms AIDS [3] wurde dieses Krankheitsbild im Beginn des Jahres 1982 auch bei Personen beobachtet, die zuvor Blut oder Blutprodukte erhalten hatten und die in ihrer Anamnese keine weiteren sog. Risikofaktoren aufwiesen [4, 5, 9, 15]. Klinische Symptome des AIDS oder ARC waren bei diesen Patienten bis zum Herbst 1980 retrospektiv zu ermitteln.
