Zusammenfassung

Das septische Syndrom ist primär durch eine Störung der Zellfunktion, des Metabolismus und der Mikrozirkulation gekennzeichnet [13]. Klinisch manifestiert sich die Sepsis am eindrucksvollsten in Veränderungen der Herz-, Kreislauf- und Lungenfunktion.
