Abstract
Providing information by telephone represents an increasingly important part of the International Vaccination Center’s activity. Data presented are based on a survey at the vaccination center of the Pasteur Institute from November 1987 to January 1988. This center is part of the medical department of the Pasteur Institute. A similar survey was conducted in this center from January to February 1985. Comparison of the results of the two surveys enables the development of this activity to be observed.
