Health Problems of Seafarers — “Professional Travelers”
From the point of view of travel medicine, seafarers may be considered as a special risk group of travelers. Their occupation and the type of their work exposes them to a number of health risks, some of which are the same or similiar to those which are typical for other groups of travelers, such as tourists and businessmen.
