Zusammenfassung
Bei der chronisch-venösen Insuffizienz kommt es infolge einer chronisch-venösen ambulatorischen Hypertonie zur Erweiterung der endothelialen Interzellularfugen — streched pore Phänomen [10]. Fibrinogen tritt vermehrt über diese Endothelzellükken in das perikapilläre Gewebe aus und wird als perikapilläre Fibrinmanschette abgelagert [23]. Nach den Untersuchungen von Burnand [3] sollen diese perikapillären Fibrinmanschetten die Sauerstoffdiffusion bei Patienten mit einer Lipodermatosklerose behindern. Diese Hypothese könnte die niedrigen transkutanen Sauerstoffspannungen an der unteren Extremität von Patienten mit einer Lipodermatosklerose erklären [4].
