Zusammenfassung

Seit knapp 10 Jahren finden dysplastische und auch kongenitale Nävuszellnävi mehr Beachtung, weil sie als mögliche Melanom-Vorstufen, in jedem Fall aber als Marker für ein erhöhtes Melanomrisiko gelten. Die histologische Diagnose kann beim Patienten und seinem behandelnden Hautarzt Unruhe hervorrufen, weil die neuere Terminologie der Histologen noch im Fluß ist und nicht einheitlich gebraucht wird. Die vorliegende Arbeit soll die Bedeutung dieser neuen Bezeichnungen für Klinik und Prognose klarstellen.
