Carpesium abrotanoides L.

Abstract

Heshi, Fuctus Carpesii, is the dry ripe fruit of Carpesium abrotanoides L. (Aster-aceae) collected in fall when the fruits have ripened. It is listed officially in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and is used as an anthelmintic.
