Abstract
There is slow humour lurking obscurely in the depths of the lung, or a crude tuberous swelling or a stone, or a large, dried-up, rounded ball of phlegm: and this is so obstructive that there is severe and frequent cough and difficulty in breathing and unpleasant severe oppressions.
