Abstract

The pathogenesis of Perthes’ disease is still uncertain. We have studied the vascular changes of affected hips with Perthes’ disease by superselective angiography of the medial circumflex artery. The aim of this report is to investigate the impairment of the hemodynamics and the revascularization of Perthes’ disease.
