Zusammenfassung
Die Lage der Hypophyse in der Mitte der Schädelbasis und die unterschiedliche Ausdehnung raumfordernder Prozesse bestimmt die chirurgischen Möglichkeiten bei Raumforderungen mit Hyperprolaktinämie.
