Zusammenfassung
Die Diagnose einer Hyperprolaktinämie wird gestellt mit Hilfe einer Prolaktinbestimmung im Serum und der richtigen Interpretation des Meßergebnisses, das gegenüber dem Normbereich einen erhöhten Wert zeigt.
