Zusammenfassung
Eine zur Zeit 29jährige Patientin mit lebenslanger hämorrhagischer Diathese, deren Ursache bei mehreren Untersuchungen nicht abgeklärt werden konnte, kam während ihrer ersten Schwangerschaft zur Untersuchung. Globale Gerinnungsteste und Untersuchung des F. VIII/vWF-Komplexes einschließlich der vwF-Multimere ergaben keinen Hinweis auf das Vorliegen eines von Willebrand-Syndroms (vWS). Faktor VIII:C und vWF: Ag lagen im oberen Normbereich oder waren erhöht. Die Ristocetin Cofaktor-Aktivität lag im unteren Normbereich. Hierbei muß berücksichtigt werden, daß sich die Patientin im letzten Drittel ihrer Schwangerschaft befand. Erst bei der Untersuchung der Thrombozyten-Aggregation unter Einschluß niedriger Ristocetin-Konzentrationen fiel eine deutlich erhöhte Ristocetin-Empfindlichkeit auf. Der Grenzwert lag zwischen 0,5 und 0,6 mg/ml.
