Zusammenfassung

Das gehäufte Auftreten venöser Thrombosen ist bei Patienten mit angeborenem Antithrombin III-Mangel (AT III-Mangel) eine bekannte Komplikation [1, 2]. In einer Zusammenstellung von Thaler und Lechner [3] waren bei 109 von 120 Patienten die Thrombosen in den Bein- und Iliacalvenen lokalisiert. Über arterielle Thrombosen wird in der Literatur nur in Einzelfällen berichtet [4].
