Zusammenfassung

Bis vor kurzer Zeit wurden zur Konduktorinnendiagnostik neben Stammbaum-Analysen einerseits die Bestimmung der Faktor VIII-Gerinnungsaktivität (F. VIII:C) und andererseits die Ermittlung des Verhältnisses von F. VIII:C zum von Willebrand Faktor (vwF, F. VIIIR:Ag) verwendet [1, 5].
