Zusammenfassung

Glücklicherweise ist derzeit noch die Mehrheit der HIV-infizierten Hämophilen ohne manifeste Zeichen der AIDS-Erkrankung. Prognostische Parameter, die Patienten . mit hohem Risiko an AIDS zu erkranken charakterisieren, sind noch zu entwickeln. Einige wenige sind etabliert, weitere sind nötig [1]. In der BRD sind ca. 60% der Hämophilen HIV-infiziert. Davon sind z. Z. gegenwärtig ca. 10% am Vollbild AIDS erkrankt (Tabelle 1). Da wir unsere Patienten über einen Zeitraum von etwa 50 Monaten beobachten, liegen diese Zahlen doch deutlich unter der von H. Curran (New York) angegebenen Manifestationsrate von 36% für einen Beobachtungszeitraum von 88 Monaten (Tabelle 2).
