Zusammenfassung

Bei der Osteogenesis imperfecta handelt es sich um ein relativ seltenes Krankheitsbild mit einer Inzidenz von etwa 1:30 000. Sie ist gekennzeichnet durch eine erhöhte Knochenbrüchigkeit mit daraus resultierenden multiplen Skelettdeformitäten [15].
