Zusammenfassung
Als Zyanose wird die dunkle, bläulich-violette Ver-färbung der Haut und Schleimhäute bezeichnet („Blausucht“). Ursache ist die Dunkelfärbung des Blutes durch Zunahme von reduziertem Hämoglobin (Hämoglobinzyanose; s. 1) bzw. abnormem Hämoglobin (Hämiglobinzyanose; s. 2). Eine Zya-nose kann auch durch Pigmentablagerungen in der Haut vorgetäuscht werden (Pseudozyanose; s. 3).
