Zusammenfassung

Die Lippenkarzinöme gehören zu den häufigsten bösartigen Neubildungen im Kopf-Hals-Bereich. Bedingt durch die ins Auge fallende Lokalisation, bemerken die betroffenen Patienten diese Veränderungen meistens selbst oder sie werden von ihrer Umgebung auf die Veränderung angesprochen. Deshalb ist es um so erstaunlicher, mit welch monströsen Tumoren sie sich zuweilen in die klinische Behandlung begeben.
