Zusammenfassung

Die Dysphagie ist das Leitsymptom einer Passagebehinderung an Ösophagus und Kardia. In Abhängigkeit von der Ausprägung der Stenose ist das Allgemeinbefinden und der Ernährungszustand des Patienten mehr oder weniger beeinträchtigt. Infolge von Eingriffen an Ösophagus und Kardia kann es auch postoperativ zur Ausbildung von Stenosen kommen (Tabelle 1).
