Zusammenfassung

Die Ernährungstherapie ist die Grundlage der Behandlung von Hyperlipoproteinämien. Es besteht kein Zweifel daran, daß die Zusammensetzung und die Menge der aufgenommenen Nahrung die Konzentrationen der Lipide im Serum des Gesunden beeinflussen. Bei Patienten mit angeborenen Lipoproteinstoffwechselstörungen werden durch eine ungünstige Ernährung die unterschiedlichen, aber charakteristischen Veränderungen des Lipoproteinmusters im Serum noch verstärkt.
