Zusammenfassung

Myokardinfarkte auf dem Sektionstisch, die sich durch die subjektive Empfindung und die üblichen klinischen Untersuchungsverfahren nicht angezeigt hatten, waren die ursprüngliche Veranlassung, dem stummen Myokardinfarkt unsere Aufmerksamkeit zuzuwenden (Mörl 1963, 1975).
