Aktuelle Therapie des Kardiakarzinoms

Zusammenfassung

Seit den 70er Jahren mehren sich die Hinweise in Europa und Nordamerika auf eine Veränderung der Epidemiologie des gastrointestinalen Karzinoms. Während die Magenkarzinome in ihrer Zahl absolut zurückgehen, gewinnen kolorektale Karzinome zunehmend an Bedeutung. Im Magen ist eine eindeutige Zunahme der Karzinome in oberen Magenabschnitten auf Kosten der Karzinome im Pylorus und Antrum zu verzeichnen [2, 6, 16, 21]
