Zusammenfassung

Ein entscheidendes Problem bei der medikamentösen Therapie von Herzrhythmusstörungen sind die unerwünschten Nebenwirkungen der Antiarrhythmika. Diese Nebenwirkungen können kardialer oder extrakardialer Natur sein. Die kardialen Nebenwirkungen betreffen einmal die elektro-physiologischen, zum anderen die hämodynamischen Effekte der Substanzen.
