Zusammenfassung

Die Ballondilatation von Koronararterien (PTCA) nimmt heute einen breiten Raum bei der Behandlung der akuten und chronischen Formen der koronaren Herzerkrankung bzw. der stabilen und instabilen Angina pectoris ein [4, 6, 7, 10]. Auch im Behandlungskonzept des Myokardinfarktes fällt der perkutanen transluminalen Koronarangioplastie (PTCA) eine wichtige Rolle zu [9, 11].
