Zusammenfassung
Der folgende Beitrag beschreibt den klinischen Verlauf nach Nachstartherapie mit dem Neodym-Y AG-Laser bei 162 Patienten, die unter stationären Bedingungen behandelt werden konnten. Bei 79 Patienten lag Aphakie, bei 83 Patienten Pseudophakie vor. Das Auftreten von exzessiven Druckanstiegen wurde bei Aphakie häufiger als bei Pseudophakie beobachtet. Die Anzahl der Augen mit pathologischen Druckwerten (Druckwerte über 20 mmHg) nahm mit der Zeit nahezu exponentiell ab. Über weitere Risiken wie Hornhautschäden, zystoides Makulaödem und Netzhautablösung wird unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Literaturangaben berichtet.
