Zusammenfassung
Die monokulare Aphakie bei Kontaktlinsenunverträglichkeit ist die wichtigste Indikation für die Epikeratophakie (Kaufman). Diese Mitteilung befaßt sich mit der Refraktion von 5 Patienten vor und nach Ausführen der Epikeratophakie. Die Sehschärfe der Patienten nach diesem Verfahren wird gering erniedrigt empfunden.
Summary
The most important indication to perform an epikeratophakic procedure is the monocular aphakia with contact lens intolerance (Kaufman). This report deals about the refraction of 5 patients before and after epikaratophakia performance. The visual acuity after lenticle application is slightly diminished compared to the praeoperative conditions.
