Abstract
Reflux structure of the esophagus represents the end of a pathologic spectrum that begins as a simple esophagitis. From February 1973 to May 1986, we have operated on 47 patients sufferring from esophageal peptic strictures. Our most preferred policy today is the dilatation of the stricture associated with an antireflux procedure (A.R.P.).
