Zusammenfassung
Während über viele Jahre die Vorstellungen zum Vorgang der Wundheilung eher deskriptiven Charakter hatten, sind wir heute in der Lage, auch auf der biochemischen Ebene wesentliche Beiträge zu liefern. Hierbei wird u. a. deutlich, daß enge Beziehungen zwischen Embryogenese, Wundheilung, Entzündung und malignem Wachstum bestehen.
