Arthroscopic Meniscus Operations

The commonest and most important arthroscopic operation is resection or partial resection of a meniscus. In this procedure, all avulsed, torn, or frayed portions of the meniscus are resected, leaving the leargest possible healthy and functionally effective residual portion of meniscus.
