Zusammenfassung
Das Auftreten einer Hepatitis stellte bis vor kurzem einen unabwendbaren Nebeneffekt der Substitutionstherapie von Hämophilen dar. Die Inzidenz der Hepatitis Non A/Non B (HNANB) lag bei noch nicht vorbehandelten Hämophilen nach Verabreichung von Gerinnungsfaktoren, die keinem virusinaktivierenden Verfahren unterzogen worden waren, nach Fletcher et al. (1983) sowie Kernoff et al. (1985 a) bei 100%. Ähnlich hohe NANB-Hepatitis-Inzidenzen selbst bei einmaliger Verabreichung unbehandelter Gerinnungsfaktoren an Patienten ohne kongenitale plasmatische Gerinnungsstörungen hatten wir schon Anfang der 80er Jahre in einer prospektiven Studie festgestellt (Sugg und Mitarb. 1983 a). Für das Hepatitis B-Virus (HBV) hatten u.a. Schimpf und Mitarb. (1976) sowie Klose (1982) eine annähernd 100%ige Durchseuchung der Hämophilen nachgewiesen.
