Zusammenfassung

Die Dünnschicht-Chromatographie (DC, TLC) und Papier-Chromatographie (PC) sind die einfachsten flüssigkeitschromatographischen Methoden, die in diesem Buch vorgestellt werden. Da die PC in den meisten Laboratorien weitgehend von der DC verdrängt worden ist, werden wir fast ausschließlich die DC behandeln. Ein kurzer Abschnitt am Ende des Kapitels wird dazu dienen, die PC zusammenzufassen und die Unterschiede zur DC darzustellen.
