Ultraschall (US), Computertomographie (CT) und serologische Tumormarker (TM) lassen heute die Diagnose eines Pankreaskarzinomrezidivs meist schon vor Einsetzen einer klinischen Symptomatik zu. Wir fragten nach dem Stellenwert der Methoden und untersuchten, ob sich für Rezidive typische Strukturen und Lokalisationen beschreiben lassen.
