Zusammenfassung

Die Ultraschalluntersuchung ist bei einer Reihe von Kniegelenkserkrankungen, insbesondere im Rahmen der rheumatoiden Arthritis (r. A.), eine wertvolle diagnostische Hilfe [4]. Neben dem Nachweis von Ergüssen und Baker-Zysten ist auch eine Beurteilung der Synovialmembran und der Synovialflüssigkeit möglich [2,3].
