Zusammenfassung

Wir verwenden seit 1985 die Methode der lokalen Texturanalyse mit dem Ziel, diffuse Leberkrankheiten objektiv zu differenzieren. Um die diagnostische Aussagekraft dieser Methode zu evaluieren, haben wir insgesamt 132 Bilder von Patienten mit gesicherter hepatologischer Diagnose (Zirrhose, Hepatitis, Fettleber, normale Leber) ausgewertet.
