Zusammenfassung

Die Peliosis hepatis ist ein seltenes Krankheitsbild mit Einblutungen in das Leber-parenchym und Ausbildung von Blutseen, die fokal oder diffus über die ganze Leber verteilt auftreten können. Die Peliosis hepatis kann primär endogen oder aber sekundär durch vielfältige exogene Noxen hervorgerufen werden.
