Zusammenfassung
Die autosomal-rezessiv erbliche polyzystische Nierenerkrankung [ARPNK (Typ Potter I)] ist mit einer Häufigkeit von etwa 1:40000 eine eher seltene Erkrankung. Die Kenntnis der Möglichkeiten der ultrasonographischen Pränataldiagnostik ist jedoch im Hinblick auf die genetische Familienberatung für weitere Schwangerschaften einerseits und die ultrasonographische Differentialdiagnose andererseits von besonderer Bedeutung.
