Zusammenfassung

Nachdem im Jahre 1979 ein Ultraschallscreening aller Schwangeren im Rahmen der Mutterschaftsvorsorge in Deutschland eingeführt wurde, hat Hansmann 1981 Hinweiszeichen für das Vorliegen fetaler Entwicklungsstörungen formuliert. Diese sollten das Ultraschallscreening effektiv und ökonomisch gestalten und stellen so Grundvoraussetzungen für das 3-Stufen-Konzept dar [3].
