Zusammenfassung
Seit 1980 haben wir die Wirksamkeit von Bifonazol-Creme bei verschiedenen Dermatophytosen untersucht. Während dieser Studien stellten wir manchmal fest, daß sich auch andere Dermatosen nach äußerlicher Anwendung von Bifonazol besserten. Wir begannen deshalb Pilotstudien bei Rosacea, Sebopsoriasis und seborrhoischem Ekzem, sowie bei Erythrasma. Die Ergebnisse waren positiv und wir wenden diese Therapie jetzt häufig an. Unsere Erfahrungen über 5 Jahre werden zusammen mit einigen Gedanken über die Ätiologie dieser Dermatosen vorgestellt.
