Zusammenfassung

Ist die Diagnostik des Colon irritabile schon schwierig und besteht Uneinigkeit über das Ausmaß der notwendigen Ausschlußdiagnostik, so ist das Thema der medikamentösen Behandlung dieses Krankheitsbildes noch schwieriger und von Zweifeln an den therapeutischen Maßnahmen geprägt.
