Funktionelle Störungen des Verdauungstrakts

Zusammenfassung

Funktionelle Störungen kommen in allen Abschnitten des Verdauungstrakts vor. Im Ösophagus handelt es sich zum überwiegenden Teil um gut definierte und durch Manometrie nachweisbare Zustände. Die Zahl der Differentialdiagnosen ist relativ gering. Funktionsstörungen des oberen Verdauungstrakts haben zahlenmäßig im Vergleich zu funktionellen Magen-Darm-Störungen geringe Bedeutung.
