Zusammenfassung
Die medikamentöse Therapie der psoriatischen Knochen- und Gelenkbeteiligung ist bis heute unzureichend geblieben. Nicht-steroidale Antirheumatika, Chloroquin sowie Goldapplikation beeinflussen zwar kurzfristig die Gelenkaffektionen günstig. Sie stehen aber im Verdacht, auf Dauer möglicherweise diese Skelettveränderungen zu provozieren.
