Zusammenfassung

Bei der Darstellung der feingeweblichen Veränderungen der psoriatischen Läsionen geht es zunächst um die Entwicklung von der unveränderten Haut über die Vorstufen bis zur typischen erythematosquamösen Effloreszenz. Sodann soll anhand der Variationsbreite des klinischen Psoriasisspektrums dessen histologische Formenvielfalt systematisch aufgezeigt und gegliedert werden. Flankierend wird der dem psoriatischen Formenkreis nahestehende Morbus Reiter in seinen Erscheinungsformen, der Balanitis circinata und der Keratodermia blennorrhagica, diskutiert werden.
