Abstract
Hemorrhage is a frequent first symptom of gynecological cancer, in both cervical and endometrial tumors. Any abnormal bleeding necessitates immediate and adequate investigations to rule out or diagnose these conditions. Treatment consists essentially of the adequate cure of the underlying pathology by surgical or physical procedures or a combination of both.
