Zusammenfassung

Die Allergie ist eine physiologische Reaktion, die durch immunologische Mechanismen ausgelöst wird, aber im Vergleich zu den Immunreaktionen des Nichtallergikers überschießend ist. Die vermehrt freigesetzten Mediatoren und Entzündungsproteine bedingen die Klinik der atopischen Syndrome.
